Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone. Grezi has no account and no servers for your records. Make regular backups: Settings → Backup & restore → Back up, then save the file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive or a folder on your phone, or send it to yourself.
How do I move Grezi to a new phone?
On the old phone, create a backup (Settings → Backup & restore). On the new phone, install Grezi and tap Restore from a backup during setup, or later in Settings → Backup & restore.
How do I cancel or restore Grezi Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: on iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also open Settings → Grezi Plus in the app. After reinstalling or on a new phone, open the Grezi Plus screen and tap Restore purchases.
Which rules does Grezi use?
- France: telework up to 40% of working time, including up to 10 days of business trips.
- Italy: telework up to 25% of working time; up to 45 non-return days.
- Germany: commute to Switzerland at least 1 day every week or 5 days a month; up to 60 non-return days.
- Austria: no tax limit for home office.
- Social security (all): less than 49.9% of working time from home.
Rules change and individual situations differ — Grezi is not tax advice. The app’s Guide (the ? on the home screen) explains each rule.
What are non-return days?
Working days on which you don’t return home because of your job, for example an overnight business trip. Full home-office days at home don’t count. Log them as ✈️ Third country.
Why does Grezi ask for my location?
Only if you enable it: when you log today, Grezi saves your position as evidence and suggests Switzerland or home office. You can switch it on or off for each day. Locations are stored on your phone; the place name is looked up once via Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android). See the Privacy Policy.
How does auto-log work? (Grezi Plus)
Set your usual week and a time in Settings → Auto-log. After that time, days you haven’t logged are filled in from your usual week when you open Grezi. Days you logged yourself are never changed, public holidays of your canton are skipped, and auto-logged days are marked so you can review them.
